Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dt999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dt999 online casino and sports betting platform available at dt999.lat. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account at dt999. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held across those accounts. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dt999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dt999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino, sports betting, or any multiplayer game format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

Intellectual Property

No content from dt999 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of dt999.

The dt999 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of dt999. You are not granted any licence to use these trademarks by virtue of using the platform. Unauthorised use of dt999 trademarks or branding will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dt999's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• dt999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• dt999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions for which dt999 accepts no liability.
• Where dt999 is found liable despite the above limitations, the maximum aggregate liability of dt999 to a player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dt999's liability for death or personal injury caused by dt999's gross negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Account Suspension and Termination

dt999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or account security obligations.
• dt999 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
• The player has requested self-exclusion and that self-exclusion period is currently in force.
• Upon permanent closure for cause, bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any amounts subject to active wagering requirements, unless the closure arises from confirmed fraud or criminal activity, in which case the entire balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

Privacy and Data Protection

dt999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Governing Law and Contact
